- Put 1 teaspoon (2 gms)
- Pour hot water 150 ml/5.07 oz
- Steep it for 3-5 mins
- Strain serve to enjoy hot nourishing tea
Ice Tea
To make Iced Tea follow steps 1-3 above 4. Strain and refrigerate for 4-5 hours
5. Serve with ice cubes and enjoy
